This stylish holiday house is a modern, single-storey rectangular building, set in a peaceful area amidst palm trees and banana plantations. At the heart of the house, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area with a cozy sofa and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and four stools. The large glass front facing west offers fantastic views of the private pool area, the terrace, and the beautifully maintained garden.
Tajuya Sunset offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, each featuring an elegantly integrated glass-walled bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin. The southern bedroom is separated from the living area by a solid wall and door, while the northern bedroom features a stylish wooden slatted partition creating an open, airy feeling.
The outdoor area invites you to relax: a spacious private pool (heated on request for a surcharge) with two waterfalls. You will also find comfortable sun loungers and a seating area with a table – perfect for enjoying the Canarian sun. A charcoal barbecue is located among palm trees and banana plants.
On the same property, just a few meters away, you will find the almost identical holiday villa Tajuya Suite, also available through Clariso. Both houses are discreetly separated by a low wall and frosted glass, ensuring privacy – ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
Behind Tajuya Sunset there is a laundry room with a washing machine – perfect for longer stays. A private parking space is also available on the property.
