At an altitude of 881 meters, right on the edge of a fragrant pine forest, this spacious and fully enclosed holiday villa provides a breathtaking view of El Paso, the impressive Cumbre Vieja, and the surrounding mountains and volcanoes.
The villa stands out with its generous layout and high-quality furnishings. On the upper floor, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a comfortable double bed, and direct access to the terrace. Two other bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds and share a bathroom with a shower. The open living area invites relaxation with three large sofas, an integrated workspace, and access to the terrace with a covered dining area as well as a separate balcony. The well-equipped kitchen with its own dining table offers plenty of space for cooking and dining together. Traditional Canarian wooden ceilings and pleasant heating in all rooms create a cozy atmosphere.
The ground floor holds special highlights: A large indoor pool (heatable on request, 12 m x 3 m) promises relaxation all year round. A sauna complements the wellness offering. Additionally, there is a separate studio with a double bed, sofa, small dining table, and its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. This studio is accessible both from the pool area and via a separate entrance – perfect for guests who prefer more privacy.
In the well-maintained garden of the villa, you have sunny lounging areas, as well as a spacious covered BBQ area for sociable evenings. There are also plenty of parking spaces available.
